Mainly used for automobile interior ceiling made of PU foam sheet by rolling glue and spraying, overlapping with PU upper and lower layers of non-woven fabrics and glass fiber felt, and pressing by forming press.
The production line is mainly composed of a PU feeding machine, a PU glue rolling machine, a conveying machine before spraying, a spraying machine, a conveying machine after spraying, a coil material feeding machine, a cutting machine, a transfer machine, a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism and the like; Working principle: PU lower layer adopts non-woven fabric and glass fiber felt, PU plate adopts rolling glue and spraying method, PU lower layer adopts non-woven fabric and glass fiber felt, five layers of materials are superposed and sent to the forming machine through the conveying beam, after forming and pressure maintaining, the finished product is taken out through the reclaiming gripper and sent to the manual reclaiming post or the subsequent process.
